Santawatch has been removed. Please do not ask why. Been feeling absolutely terrible the past few days so I am just holding up in bed.
December 9, 2025
Once again, for the holidays I have created an account for santawatch which you may log in to remotely should you so please. Hopefully we don't miss santa this year! Here is how you can log in remotely via ssh.
On Linux/FreeBSD you may use the following command:
ssh santawatch@98.4.15.195
For windows and mac you will probably want Putty which is a graphical ssh client. Once again provide santawatch@98.4.15.195 as the server.

Here is a new quickcross puzzle. Be sure to grab the program from the programs page and check out the README to get it running.
New Ruby Plexus track titled "All Shook Down" now posted.
December 6, 2025
Thanks to the wonderful people who have uploaded my goa trance EP Sublime Motion to youtube, I now have the album available on the Ruby Plexus page. Without them, the album would have been lost forever.
December 5, 2025
Invasion of the Body Snatchers from 1956 is now in the archive along with a few more Peanuts cartoons.
December 3, 2025
So I modified hidepwview to now display red text on red background seeing as how I learned there is a function name on_red or the color of choice. I figured with red it makes it more distinguishable where your password is.
December 1, 2025
I wrote and recorded an essay about programming called Programming Idiosyncracies.
Ruby Plexus - Floating In The Breeze is now on the Ruby Plexus page. It was written in 3 parts and I decided to combine them for the 9 minutes the track runs.
November 29, 2025
I now capture the referer to each page. If someone clicked a link from somewhere else I will be able to know about where the link is. It should help me recognize the automated browsing from genuine hits.
November 28, 2025
Here is a new quickcross puzzle. I hope everybody interested by now knows how to play these puzzles. If not, always feel free to email me.
Edit: I realized I had a broken link on the programs page so I apologize for that. When no one checks it out or they don't let me know, then these things kind of just sit there unfortunately, and don't get fixed. I'll try my best to catch these things sooner.
Got the database back up and running this time with secure installation having been run to disallow root logins remotely. Hopefully this fixes things going forward. I have no idea what the hacker thought they were doing. The hits counter will start over from today.
November 27, 2025
Fantasia from 1940 is now archived.
November 27, 2025
"Ruby Plexus - Inertial Force" is now up on the site. It's the oldest track I wrote from 2017 when I had switched from producing goa trance to an assortment of other genres and styles. This was another one where I found the project file and re-exported albeit without some effects and no proper mastering.
November 25, 2025
Here is a write up for how to play quickcross puzzles produced by myself.
1. Download the program from the programs page here.
2. Untar the tarball.
3. Install Ruby if you do not already have it.
4. Install Ruby's colorize library from the internet.
5. Download a puzzle file and place it in the directory you created by untarring the tarball.
6. Open the directory that you untarred in powershell or a terminal.
7. Run the following command:
ruby quickcross.rb puzzle1-jmb.txt
That should do it.

Buster Keaton's The Cameraman from 1928 is now in the video archive.
November 23, 2025
Little did I know, lmms lets you render projects from the command line. That's pretty cool. So I rendered my 23 minute song titled Gaslight Trap. I lost two samples of birds in central park and rain at the house in Cranberry Twp, PA. But the rest of the song is in tact so that's good. It's now on the Ruby Plexus page.
If I don't post in the next couple days, have a wonderful Thanksgiving. As a reminder, the Peanuts Thanksgiving special is in the video archive.
Edit: Droopy Poles now on the Ruby Plexus page too. Don't let the utility poles fall over now!
November 23, 2025
As I sit here and listen to a bunch of my songs I realize that the mastering is all wrong. Some songs are loud and blow out the levels while others are too quiet. Oh well. Soundcloud leveled things out anyway when they converted your songs into oggs for listening on the site, I do believe, so there's that.
I wish I could retrieve all of my songs from soundcloud. If someone could help me get in touch with soundcloud support I could pay for the pro unlimited plan and get the other 60 some odd songs back.
November 18, 2025
New Ruby Plexus track on the Ruby Plexus page! Check it out.
Also, A Boy Named Charlie Brown is now in the archive.
November 15, 2025
I have now downloaded all of my songs off of soundcloud, converted to opus files, and made available on the Ruby Plexus page. I still have a lot more to go through, including my goa trance and Sublime Motion and yet more lmms projects from songs hidden on soundcloud. Anyway, enjoy!
November 14, 2025
Just put up another old Ruby Plexus track. I got a few more to get through and re-export. Then I don't know what to do with the tracks on the soundcloud because I just deleted my soundcloud and don't feel like making another just to grab all the old songs. We'll see what I plan to do. Later everyone!

I surmise the breach came from mysql since I never ran the secure installation script. I had issues from the start of this installation and so I will have to keep going without mysql with php until I solve that problem.
November 3, 2025
It would appear that someone wrote the last post, someone who's not me and that this system was only partially breached. I'll poke into where the breach came from. It's rather disappointing.
I refuse to start over from scratch. Errors can be fixed and whatever is here is able to stay safe and sound for as long as I desire it to, that I see fit, which continues to fuel me.
November 3, 2025
Here is some goa trance to keep you in the zone laughing and crying at the same time.
PossessedIt looks like I need to do an upgrade to the latest version of FreeBSD and reinvent the website from here. I hope to be able to keep everything I need. Wish me luck!

It looks to me like Google and their chatbot is not quite aware of some things. By googling this domain, their AI Overview tells me that this domain is likely a non-official, descriptive name, but not truly the name of the country.
Here is what I would like to posit to them. Every canadian province has in association with it a .us domain. If this were the case, it certainly seems rather official to me that at least Canada is a part of the United States. How could you explain it otherwise?
But given the surprising notion what else are we to call this bridging of the divide? Then we have to consider that the AI Overview cited that no official country or organization has recognized this unity. However, I might know that Switzerland, who dictates much of what happens on the internet, are responsible for the canadian domains.
Then finally I see the domain has not been indexed by Google's crawler despite the truth being that they hit the website several times every day. The same program mind you, hidepwview, that Google separately indexed beyond the IP address, is still on this very website and can still be downloaded.
What exactly is making Google butthurt? Well at least Google Brad is butthurt. That's its name right? Hehe.
A quick ping of things in Jamaica seems to indicate a palatable situation. Their relief website https://supportjamaica.gov.jm/ as well as https://odpem.org.jm are both up and running though the main website gov.jm is down. In case all of you were not aware, major cat 5 Hurricane Melissa struck the island just the other day and they are still assessing things I assume. I wish them luck!
If I don't post anything in the next couple days, happy halloween everyone! You may enjoy some horror movies in the archive as well as the Peanuts halloween special just to let you all know.
October 26, 2025
You will now find all of Ruby Plexus (and I am adding more too) on a new page. See links above.
October 24, 2025
'It's a Mystery Charlie Brown' has been added to the video archive.
October 22, 2025
Here is an old song of mine from 2017 that got hidden by soundcloud after I lost my pro unlimited plan.
You may find the newest version of Letter Sub with scoring included on the programs page as of today.
October 20, 2025
There is a new quickcross puzzle available, Puzzle 3.
There is also a new version of quickcross available on the programs page. I would label the versions but I only made the slightest of changes. The biggest one being that it now will colorize the square of the grid you are currently on to make it more clear how you are navigating. I hope that helps.
Lastly here are the first 2 puzzles I made. I will probably make a separate page for them at some point.
I decided to move old posts of mine to a separate page to reduce the clutter and length here on the main page. As I read some past posts of mine I see a lot of gibberish and nonsense, but at other times some wonderfully inciteful things.
I think I need to apologize to people for misinformation and uncalled for exclamatory language. I know who I should probably apologize to specifically, but I can't fathom why when I will refuse to delete old posts.
I have very little regrets over things I say and it helps my mental state of mine to write things, no matter what it is. I keep forgetting that I know how illiterate most people are these days, but we have just enough intelligence to keep this society afloat I think. I like speaking my mind and I like writing things and doing things for people via this website. If people like my haiku journeys then that's fantastic!
I know how little people notice what I do, but then the pontification of mine is still valuable. Perhaps I could bury what I've said before so no one finds it. Anyway, I'll just keep on keeping it on as they say.
Perhaps I will make another haiku journey puzzle later today.
October 18, 2025
Here is a song I made I believe in 2022. It seems lmms project files that I know I deleted are still available on the internet. I guess I can't complain because it's nice to hear this one again, as well as a few others.
When I go to reach websites sometimes I like to ping them first just to see if the website will reach accept my handshake. For most websites it seems, what is reached upon a direct connection to the website via its IP is a plethora of bad signals, 403 forbidden errors, 404 page not found and so on.
What does this all mean? Well it means the internet is not what we think it is and that most ordinary websites are simply hosted by Microsoft having been developed using Microsoft products such as MS SQL and ASP.Net. I would know this having worked at GAP Technologies located in Cheektowaga, NY. I even programmed that website using the MS solution.
This does not please me seeing as how I am the owner and operator of this very website that indeed has human beings that visit it, albeit not that many. Most of the hits generated here are by bots but on occasion I see an IP that hit this site 3-5 times presumably to test the hits counter which a bot will not do. I also receive hits to this site when I post on bluesky a new Haiku Journey puzzle albeit only about 3 or so.
But what exactly am I getting at? Well I see two of the most powerful and influential websites with certificates that have expired. They are Amazon and Facebook/Meta outright. What does the command line browser links let me do other than simply accept the security risk and proceed into the websites via a direct IP connection? Well that's all it seems that interests me right now.
I think it's possible to have these website's certification updated to provide a net neutral solution, to wrangle control of the sites out of Microsoft's clutches so I think I will accept the security risk and see what happens.
In other news I continue to monitor the bitcoin network as yet again I am verifying the blockchain. It has reached a respectable 56% complete. I know I will have enough space on this hard drive for all of this. From what I have seen every now and then the bitcoin network reaches 0 nodes for me which bodes well if I were to hypothesize the situation wherein I started generating bitcoin. Somebody has to do it! I have suffered localized attacks in the past, but let's just see what happens. I am hoping for the best. If nothing else keeping the bitcoin network up and running is of imperative value. Wish me luck.
Other than that I will keep making haiku journey puzzles as well as quickcross puzzles when I have the wherewithal to do such a thing. Catch you all later!
October 9, 2025
Been feeling like crap today, I will post the solution to the last haiku journey puzzle tomorrow as well as a new one. My apologies.
October 4, 2025
In case anyone was wondering my birthday is April 15, 1989. Please and thanks!
October 3, 2025
I posted the solution to yesterday's haiku journey as well as a new one. Just follow the link above.
October 2, 2025
Road to Rio is now included in the Public Domain Archive.
October 2, 2025
There is a new Haiku Journey puzzle on the Haiku Journey puzzle page. Check it out if you would like to.
October 2, 2025
I've updated the LetterSub game to allow for more than one word. In other words, you can continue playing with another word after each correct answer. Now back to Bond movies... Also still trying to figure out how to get fcc.us pingable. It seems it moved from Nebraska to Reston, Virginia which is an unsupported state. I am not sure how one would proceed with this in mind.
September 29, 2025
Went to the DMV earlier to get a new ID, thanks to my father who could drive me there. Ever since I have been feeling so much better. I am sitting at the computer actually doing stuff on it without needing to dive into bed. I walked to the convenience store and picked up a couple White Claw hard seltzers. I really shouldn't have but my being told me otherwise. Now I don't know what to do! I suspect the stolen ID from last time that made its way to the shelter I was at was part of the culprit. I never received it so I knew they stole it. Black people stole it, what a surprise. And then maybe I wonder though not really, why I like to watch hockey, even Euro hockey. Wish me luck!
September 27, 2025
So I've been watching a lot of James Bond movies, prior to my most recent hospitalization. I gotta get this cyborg, robot, kid out of my bod. Anyway, I find it amazing how much they were willing to spend on those movies, but then I always find them enjoyable, even with Roger Moore, which is where I am up to. For Your Eyes Only is next!
September 22, 2025
I uploaded my Letter Substitute game to the programs page. Have fun!
September 20, 2025
Here is my bluesky page, which I will suggest only served as a temporary stopgap measure until I could get my own internet connection back. Bluesky
September 19, 2025
I am back with my own internet connection so I can continue to work on this website. Expect many things! Also I have a new address and phone number.
